Dr. Roland Biron DMD, MDDr. Biron graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1991 with a double major in Psychology and Biology. He then entered the Medical College of Virginia, where he received a Master of Science degree in Anatomy and Immunology. He furthered his education by receiving his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1997. Before entering into his surgical residency, Dr. Biron attended and received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania Medical School in 2000.
Dr. Biron completed his General Surgery Internship and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2003. Following his residency, Dr. Biron completed the requirements for membership into the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and is boarded by the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. He is currently a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Medical and Dental Societies of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is certified to perform anesthesia in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Dr. Biron has also proudly held Societal Positions in Rhode Island, where he moved after his schooling at Penn. He also has a multitude of Hospital Appointments and other positions held. He has written several publications and has an impressive Presentation and Lecturing history. Dr. Biron also found time to return to University of Penn and Brown University in the role of Educator.
Dr. Biron is happily married to Courtney Biron, who is also a physician. They are the proud parents of a daughter, Sophia.
Currently, Dr. Biron practices in our Moorestown NJ, Rancocas NJ and Langhorne PA offices as well as at our affiliate office, Doctors of Dental Medicine in Dayton, NJ.
